All stations to history for Fed Express

After winning the US Open yesterday morning, Roger Federer only had one thing to say.
"This is a special moment in my career."
It wasn't special in regards to Federer winning his 13 Grand Slam, nor was it special for winning five US Open's in a row, equalling greats Jimmy Connors and Pete Sampras.
What makes it so satisfying for Federer is the will it has given him to go on and claim history.
After his US open triumph over Brit Andy Murray, Federer is not content with 13 Grand Slam titles under his belt.
"If there is one thing that's certain," says Federer "It is the fact that I do not intend on staying with 13 Grand Slams. That would be terrible.
"This title represents everything for me and I thank all the people that attended over the two weeks."
After notching up his 56th career title, Federer looks on to the Masters of Shanghai and no doubt, at the forefront of his mind, will be to claim the world no.1 tag back from Rafael Nadal.
"Rafa is playing at a grand level at the moment, so it will be an interesting battle as the year ends."
Federer, as always, remains full of satisfaction. The Swiss train is finally on a roll again.
