Sun shining on San Antonio and Dallas

San Antonio scoring machine Tony Parker was the star as the Spurs defeated the Denver Nuggets 103-91 last night.
In a new round of NBA action, San Antonio got back to winning ways after two consecutive losses, to register a victory against the Nuggets.
Parker was the leading pointscorer for the Spurs.
In 36 minutes of game time, the French international scored 22 points (10-18 in doubles and 2-2 free throws), to provide the solid foundations for a Spurs victory.
Although Parker stole the limelight somewhat, he was well supported by fellow teammates Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili, who each scored 21 points.
In other matches in the NBA, the Dallas Mavericks defeated the Phoenix Suns 112-97, mainly due to the efficiency of German player Dirk Nowitzki.
Nowitzki converted 39 points (15-22 doubles, 2-3 triples and 3-3 free throws) in just 37 minutes of game time for the Suns.
It was a performance that more than accounted for the Suns, who failed to match Nowitzki's potency infront of the Mavericks hoops.
