Tevez certain to be playing for Madrid

Spanish media have confirmed that Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez is a sure thing to head to Spanish giants Real Madrid at the beginning of 2009.
'Diaro Marca' says 'Tevez says yes' to a move to the Bernabeu next season due to a lack of playing time at United despite being an integral part of the side that won the Champions League last year against Chelsea.
Madrid are very keen to see Tevez in a white shirt as they struggle to combat the loss of injured striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy who is out until June next year.
Other players that Madrid have targeted in their quest to replace the goal scoring potency of Van Nistelrooy is Inter Milan striker Hernan Crespo, Genoa forward Diego Milito and Zt Petersburg player Andrei Arshavin.
Tevez however is the headline act in Madrid's mind at the moment. And it seems a move to Spain is also playing in the United forward.
Ever since United bought Dimitriv Berbatov from Tottenham for an expensive fee, Tevez has had to bide his time on the bench for the 'Red Devils', who are persisting with the strike force of Berbatov and Wayne Rooney.
But a player of Tevez's calibre does not stay on the sidelines for long. If he has to move overseas to see more action on the pitch, than so be it.
Despite Tevez earlier saying that he is happy at United, recent reports from Spanish media emphasise the United forward in a state of bother over his future at United.
If there is no future in red for Tevez, Madrid have their arms wide open in anticipation of his arrival.
