Wigan? Seriously, 5-0?

Off days are inevitable in sports. Just like I will inevitably put on a few pounds after indulging in mass amounts of junk foods or, the fact that I will inevitably be aroused by seeing even a glimpse of Beyonce's skin. But any fan of Football (soccer) will tell you 5-0 is beyond an off day. 5-0 is just disastrous. Look I'm sorry Wigan fans, I really wanted them to comeback or at least make an attempt to come back. Wigan seemed to have things under some sort of control until half-time. After Rooney put one in the back of the net at the 56th, the curtains came down on Wigan immediately.
I just feel that the match was over before the game even started. Man United had to punish someone for the loss they suffered in Burnley (YES BURNLEY) mid-week. Unfortunately Wigan happened to be the ones chosen for target practice. A butt kicking that bad will leave anyone sore for weeks, physically and emotionally. Granted Wigan were the underdogs from the start, but they did hustle and held back Man U so well until the half. I have seen Wigan play some brilliant football over the past couple years. But what I saw today was as awful as regurgitating rocks!
I hate seeing Man United win anything; frankly I would rather peel off my own skin. Wigan is a much better side than they displayed to us today. It unfortunate it happened to the most hated and loved team in all of football. Any Wigan players with thoughts of hurting yourselves don't bother. The beating you got today I think is punishment enough. Next time remember you are playing one of the best sides in the EPL, try a little harder!
P.S. Arsenal on top of the ladder baby! Good things to come. Adebayor you are still missed my man.
If you didn't know now you do!
